Review of Catit Senses 2.0 Food Tree

To stimulate our cat we bought her this food tree

In the beginning we would only put treats inside this toy, and it worked quite well. Our cat would diligantly paw at them as they fell level by level and then she would savor her reward. Then she got too good at it. So we started giving her all of her dry food inside this toy. Once again, it worked very well. We would watch as she expertly pawed at her food untl it was all gone. Then one day she learned she could just pull on the toy until fell over. Then we put the food tree away, never to be used again.

I must confess, we had ordered an older version of this food tree that had a significantly less stable base. It appears that the designers at catit realized this glaring defect and may have fixed it in version 2.0, I don’t know.

Three stars out of five for the older version.
